Yes, all speakers are Live & In Person. If a speaker is not going to be live but will be live via satellite, then we will indicate that.

Yes, we accomodate for wheelchair users, visually or hearing impaired as well as though with limited mobility. See an usher when you arrive and they will assist you with your needs.

No, videotaping is not allowed with any technology including: video cameras, cell phones, or new technology not listed or invented at time of event.

What is allowed into the venue?

Security is tight, so only bring yourself, cell phone and needed essentials. Bags are not permitted. Purses should be 4x6 inches with only the needed items. No outside food or drink is allowed into the venue.
